"I think they engage the viewer more effectively than traditional billboards because they are so bright and they change out ad messages. HUGE TVs essentially so I question there "innovation" factor. Personally I like the traditional billboards with a non-traditional execution... Preston Kelly's pink haired "gnomes" for instance."
